Pronounced “chee gong”, it has been referred to as the “Mother of Tai Chi”.   A vertical de-stressor that provides a meditative calm.  This ancient practice of gentle, uncomplicated movements and breathing is simple and easy to follow, while standing or sitting.  Join Josie from North Shore Tai Chi & Qigong, in the Every Day Counts Centre for a monthly in-person Introduction to Health Qigong, and a monthly Zoom broadcast in the Every Day Counts Centre.

The sessions are free, but we do ask that you pre-register to let us know you will be participating.
