Stretch and Rest Yoga
Stretch and Rest Yoga is a practice of deep relaxation. Learn to tune out the world and cultivate a time for yourself to find comfort in the present moment.
This is a passive yoga practice where we allow our bodies to be completely supported with props, moving into only a handful of gentle shapes over the course of the class. By settling the central nervous system through stillness and breath, an experience of deep rest and ease can be found. All are welcome.
